Hi guys, honestly the products are amazing and they was more than I expected.
Though, your delivery was the downfall of the good experience as the driver contacted me to schedule a delivery, as we agreed to do it the next day in the morning, he failed to meet the agreed delivery time and when I called he said that the car broke down and he would call later to process the delivery. He called the next day as he failed to meet his again the promised call and made the delivery. If you’re delivery will be delayed for any reason, you can pick up the orders with the broken car and re-do the delivery or contact those who experienced a delay and at least apologize and rearrange, rather I have to contact the driver to ask for the arrangements which was a failure of course! Your shopping experience is smooth and easy but your delivery arrangements are a failure to be honest!
